Organization Description

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides after-school programs for youth ages 6-18 in the Carson and South Los Angeles areas. We provide 11 sites in Carson and South Los Angeles that includes a Clubhouse located in Carson.

Program Information

Students will work with youth ages 6-18 years old as Youth Development Professional volunteers in our sites and work closely in our three program areas: Academic Success, Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles. These volunteers will have the opportunity to assist program staff with these programs or can also create their own programs whenever they see fit.
