Meals on Wheels of West Los Angeles Inc

Organization Description

Our mission is to help the disabled, aged, and chronically or temporarily ill, by providing nourishing food at a nominal cost during a period of need and to assuring a friendly interest and a helping hand so that individuals can remain self-sufficient in their own homes. We provide 1 hot meal, 1 cold meal and a wellness check daily and frozen meals are available for the weekends. We utilize 20 volunteers/day to pack and deliver the food.

Program Information

All students, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation, are open and welcome to participate.

Health & Safety

We deliver meals to any individual who is homebound or unable to shop or cook for themselves and who live in our service area.

Photos & videos are only allowed with a signed permission form (available in our offices) to protect our clients privacy.

Students will be at our offices or out with staff or board members.
