Organization Description

The DELTA Scholars Health Leadership Fellowship prepares future healthcare leaders through a structured program integrating mentorship, leadership training, capstone projects, and community service. Based at CSULB, the program cultivates innovation, strategic decision-making, and professional development to drive meaningful change in healthcare.

Health & Safety

The DELTA Scholars Health Leadership Fellowship primarily engages with adult students and early-career professionals; however, through community service projects and health research initiatives, fellows may interact with the special populations.

Photography and videography: Allowed for program events, but explicit consent is required when involving students, community partners, or minors. No direct clinical or high-risk patient interactions: The program is focused on leadership, policy, and research rather than direct healthcare services.

Faculty and program mentors may oversee multiple fellows (up to 12 each) simultaneously, particularly in mentorship sessions, workshops, and capstone project reviews.
