Organization Description

What we do:

As many justice impacted individuals come home many then face issues reacclimating to society. We help ease that transition by offering a variety of services that will help and guide them along the way. Our goal is now only ensure a successful transition, but provide for them values and an environment that will continue to help guide them in life.
