Rooted Rehabilitation delivers occupational, physical, speech, and recreational therapy, addressing the root of healthcare through education, prevention, and rehabilitation. We take pride in rebuilding our injured patients from the ground up with a stronger foundation to sustain long-term wellness, while empowering them with the tools and knowledge to thrive at every stage of life.
