OC Animal Care

This internship offers valuable experience for those interested in fields such as animal care, medical services, program management, or county government. Interns will play a key role in supporting our Foster Program Coordinators, which includes assisting with bottle feeding underage kittens, interacting with our foster caretakers, and collaborating with shelter staff. This position provides the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of companion animals in our community. As well as welfare check-ins on the foster animals, cruelty investigations, enforcing animal law, and other criminal justice related matters.
