Specializing in Employment Law, Wage & Hour Law and Workers' Compensation

Program Information

Student will gain a foundational introduction to workers’ compensation, employment, and wage and hour law through hands-on involvement in the firm’s daily operations. Student will support the team with introductory tasks such as summarizing medical records, auditing payroll data for wage discrepancies, and drafting basic legal correspondence under attorney supervision. This entry-level role provides a professional bridge between student's Bachelor’s studies and legal practice, fostering the analytical and communication skills necessary for a career in client advocacy.

Health & Safety

To ensure intern safety when interacting with high-risk populations, our agency mandates a strict "buddy system" that requires students to be accompanied by a senior staff member for all client visits and intake interviews. We also implement a comprehensive risk-assessment protocol where all new client files are pre-screened for safety flags.
