Our mission is to help people understand themselves, their relationships, and their experiences through meaningful conversation, professional mental-health care, and accessible education. We envision a world where talking about mental health is not something people wait until they are in crisis to do. Our vision for Now U Talking is bigger than building a therapy practice. We want to build a community-connected mental-health organization that provides care, creates conversations, shares knowledge, builds partnerships, and helps people find the support they need.
