Opportunity Summary 

We are looking for support helping us re-establish a fully inclusive school garden program at Monterey Park and University Park Elementary schools. The project will help integrate elementary students with and without developmental disabilities, as well as Hope clients, in a school garden setting.

In addition to the opportunity to integrate students, the project will also help teach students about sustainable food sources, and healthy eating. Interns will work collaboratively with Hope Services staff and clients to develop and facilitate lesson plans related to the aforementioned topics.
