Event Coordinator At — Voces Unidas: HSI Student Advisory Board

Fellow Duties:

College Corps Fellows serving as Event Coordinators with Voces Unidas will support the planning and execution of events that advance HSI servingness and student engagement. Fellows will coordinate logistics, assist in organizing events such as HSI Week and the HSI Summit, and help ensure smooth event operations.

Fellows will propose event ideas, collaborate with campus programs and departments, and build partnerships to support inclusive and impactful programming. Responsibilities include outreach, communication, and supporting all aspects of event coordination.

Qualities and Skills : 

We are seeking Fellows who are organized, proactive, and passionate about student engagement and equity. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.

Fellows should be interested in event planning, community building, and working with diverse student populations. A willingness to take initiative, propose ideas, and engage with campus partners is essential. Experience in event coordination or outreach is helpful, but not required.
