Organization Description

At Community Bridges our mission is to deliver essential services, provide equitable access to resources, and advocate for health and dignity across every stage of life. Since 1977, Community Bridges has been a catalyst for a brighter future by providing basic resources for the people of Santa Cruz County. Our family of ten vital programs across 20 different sites serves thousands of local children, families, and seniors each year. While each program is remarkable on its own, together we are unstoppable.

Program Information

La Manzana Community Resources is a family resource center that provides community advocacy, family development and education in the greater Pajaro Valley. Our compassionate staff build a warm, friendly, safe place for the Pajaro Valley community to access resources that offer stability and hope for the future. 

Services include:

  • Community Advocacy
  • Counseling
  • Parent Education
  • Public Benefits Enrollment Assistance
  • Summer Lunch

Service Learners must be fluent in Spanish (read, speak and write) and be enrolled in a college program.
