Organization Description

Mission:  An innovative community school system, we equip preschool to adult students with the skills, knowledge, and attitudes they will need to pursue their life goals responsibly and creatively in a radically changing society.

 

Program Information

North Monterey County Middle School’s mission is to provide a safe learning environment where staff, students, parents, and the community accept the responsibilities of preparing, empowering, and inspiring all students to apply knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to become creative problem solvers, to achieve personal success, and to contribute responsibly to our diverse and dynamic world. North Monterey County Middle School’s environment of trust and mutual respect for all people reflects our belief that all students can learn.

Service Learning Opportunities: Tutoring in the classroom and during after-school program, organize noon-time recreation programs for home rooms.
