Program Information

The Neighborhood at Salinas First is a place of hospitality, hope, and transformation for all! We are here to provide a safe place, nutritious meals, resources, and simple kindness to the lonely, the homeless, and the working poor in our neighborhood. 

Neighborhood at Salinas First serves breakfast starting at 6:00 am and hot lunches Sunday through Friday and remains open until 1:00 pm. Offering a safe, dry place with restrooms. Including a computer room who need to check emails or work on resumes. A telephone, personal hygiene items, prescription medication support are available to anyone in need of such items. Additionally, a clothes room is open three days a week for persons to choose clothing or shoes, including professional attire. Once a week, we host the Mobile Health Services and veterans support group.

Several men and women have turned their lives around finding sobriety, reuniting with families, finding housing and employment.
