Additional requirements and/or considerations ADA requirements: Able to safely operate a VWS vehicle, hike up to two miles, paddle a boat; sleep on the ground, lift up to 30 lbs.

Training based on individual needs (program location familiarity, natural history, group management skills, etc). On the job mentoring.
