Program Information

Case management for homeless population, group, macro projects, interagency collaboration.
The Chinatown Renewal Project is a collaboration between CSUMB, the Salinas Downtown Community Board, and shareholders in the Chinatown community; including various houses of worship, non-profit agencies, community members, property owners and businesses. The project aims to foster a thriving community for the Chinatown residents who currently find themselves homeless, impoverished and cut off from the greater Salinas population.
