Organization Description

Jacob's Heart is a non-profit agency whose mission is to improve the quality of life of children with cancer and support their families with the challenges they face.  We serve families with children under the age of 18 diagnosed with cancer who live in Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Benito, and south Santa Clara counties  providing emotional, social, and financial assistance.  

Program Information

Students will work in the behavioral health department serving families who have been impacted by a pediatric cancer diagnosis or the death of a child from a cancer diagnosis.
Students will provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families, as well as assist in developing and facilitating groups.
