Program Information

Community Outreach Navigator for breast cancer -

Provide community outreach through "Healthy Breast Campaign" Outreach Program that helps medically underserved women in Santa Cruz County gain access to screenings, diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer.
Provide support and patient navigation to uninsured women referred from community clinics referred for diagnostic screenings and surgical consults.
Spanish breast health event planning and implementation in October.
Social work resource and emotional support to Spanish speaking Oncology patients in an outpatient oncology infusion center.
