Organization Description

PARADIGM™ is an innovative program for persons with special needs. PARADIGM™ serves persons 18 years of age and over requiring guidance in fundamental life processes. The cornerstone of PARADIGM™ is comprised of cognitive,  vocational, and social programming.

PARADIGM™ is a private, nonsectarian program providing adult day services. PARADIGM™ treats all  persons with the same dignity, respect, and equal opportunity. For PARADIGM™, the person is the focus of the program.

Program Information

Paradigm gives CSUMB students many opportunities to be creative and help Paradigm's students meet their individual goals and objectives with interdisciplinary teams.  Paradigm works with students across all majors and departments, including athletic teams!  Many CSUMB students have been hired by Paradigm after a successful service learning / internship experience!! 

Ongoing needs and special projects: Capstone and Service Learning Opportunities available based on students’ needs/interests and fit with Paradigm.
