Organization Description

The department’s goal is to reduce recidivism and promote public safety. The use of comprehensive risk assessment tools and a response matrix enables the department to better identify and assist those individuals who are higher risk to re-offend. The department's mission is To serve the public by establishing a partnership with the community; to protect life and property, prevent crime, and solve problems.

Health & Safety

The student will be working with youth that are on formal and informal probation who have been convicted of a crime.
