Organization Description

We are a 30 year old non profit serving kids with hands on learning programs for all kids including home schooled, at risk, special needs, through classes and camps and programs on our 45 acre ranch. Our mission is to nurture social, emotional, physical and mental well being through outdoor education and meaningful connections with rescued farm animals.We also have community outreach programs through Barnyard Love, Teen Leadership Academy, field trips, gardening, Leaders in Training, preschool program and monthly volunteer day.

Health & Safety

Due to our varied services, the student may or may not be around or working with school age children, depending on the position. There will always be our staff present.

It is an outdoor educational experiential learning campus. It has many areas off the trails that has poison oak. There are things such as flies, spiders, ticks, deer, gophers, etc, common to a ranch setting. There are lots of different smells, sounds and terrain that students should be aware of. We do have indoor offices and restrooms, kitchen, etc.
