Organization Description

Our Mission: Providing Love, Care and Hope for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families since 1961. Vision: Villa Esperanza Services collaborates with families and other caring agencies preparing for the day when all persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities are empowered to live and work as independently as they choose and are acknowledged as fully valued members of their communities.

Health & Safety

When working with intellectually/developmentally disabled clients, behavioral problems can occur. Despite all precautions, a volunteer could be hit, scratched or bitten. Should an injury occur, volunteers will report immediately to the supervisor who will complete a volunteer incident report. Volunteers are covered by Villa's insurance.
