APIDA Resource Center

Organization Description

CSUN’s Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) Resource Center serves as the central hub for APIDA student success. Through culturally responsive programs, academic resources, leadership development, and collaborative initiatives, the APIDA Resource Center fosters student success and belonging across the Asian, Pacific Islander and South Asian diasporas. The APIDA Center welcomes all CSUN students, staff, and faculty, regardless of identity. The APIDA Resource Center supports two signature initiatives that advances the mission for APIDA Student Success: Asian American Studies Pathways Project (AASPP) and AANHPI Student Achievement Program (ASAP).

Program Information

-Serve as a peer volunteer by connecting students with campus resources and APIDA Resource Center services. -Assist with collaborative programs and events alongside student organizations and campus partners. -Participate in special projects such as resource development, surveys, research, or community service initiatives that advance the APIDA Resource Center's mission. -Support the Asian American Studies Pathways Project (AASPP) through workshops, presentations, and student engagement. - Assist with program coordination, registration, hospitality, and cleanup for APIDA Resource Center programs.
