Organization Description

Clara’s House is a new, small Primary Care Nurse Practitioner clinic in Sacramento on the threshold . . . a starting place sorely needed by those who have no other resources. Clara’s House is a place where concerned citizens can take small, yet effective, steps to help alleviate the healthcare crisis in California's Sacramento County.

Clinical services include basic medical services which address the needs of the whole person. As we develop, our goal is to identify competent providers who will address the spiritual, emotional, social and psychological needs of each individual. For most providers, this work is a manifestation of his or her religious belief. We also work with other agencies to develop a collaborative approach to meet the needs of each person, client and volunteer staff.
