Kaiser - Sac - SSC Outpatient Psychiatry

Kaiser South Sacramento Intensive Outpatient Psychiatry (IOP) is a short term, crisis oriented treatment program for adults. It is designed to help individuals recently discharged from psychiatric hospitals or those who are at crisis in their lives. The program uses a multidisciplinary team approach to provide group psychotherapy, as well as, educational groups that are focused on teaching life skills such as depression and anxiety management.
