Program Information

Medical Center. Placement is in the Community Outreach department. 
Student will typically work as part of  a Nurse, Social worker and Community Health worker team.
Student will work primarily with adults and older adults with medical chronic conditions. 
Spanish is a plus.

Personal vehicle is required.
