Organization Description

Since 1998, Community HealthWorks has been employing and training compassionate, hardworking and brilliant members from the communities we serve. Many of our team bring life experiences to the work; often relating to some of the same struggles we aim to address. This gives our unique team their passion, edge and unwavering commitment to create true impact.

We are community movers and shakers, barrier removers, connectors of resources, navigators of systems and institutions, and advocates for our clients. The unwavering support of our staff has fueled our success, and they will continue to shape our future.
