Organization Description

The Roberts Family Development Center (RFDC) program is based on the "Better Than Average" After School Program, which encompasses academic assitance, enrichment and recreation for students of the North Sacramento community.

The goal for the after school program is to make sure students have "Better Than Average" success.  The program eases the transition between grade levels through enhancing and expanding our tutoring, homework help, mentoring technology, recreational activities and family literacy activities while promoting parent involvement and positive emotional and social development.

Program Information

Students will be assisting with the case management of our families that come in and receive services. This will include intakes, follow-up, participating in MDT meetings and contributing to action plans, as well as other related tasks.
