Organization Description

Immigration Services
There are more immigrants in the United States than any other country in the world. Diversity has and always will be one of our greatest strengths as a nation. Our mission at JML is to contribute to this legacy by helping people immigrate to the United States, whether through family members, asylum, or other legal pathway. We want to keep families together. JML has assisted thousands of immigrants from the Bay Area obtain immigration benefits. We are dedicated to serving domestic violence and child abuse survivors, as well as the LGBTQI+ community.

Employment Services
JML provides representation to employees in San Francisco, the Bay Area, and throughout California. We focus on the fair treatment of all workers and will defend your right to be free from unlawful discrimination. Federal and California Law provide certain protections and remedies for violations of workers’ rights. If you believe that your current or former employer has violated your rights, it is important to explore your legal options. JML has aggressively pursued claims against unscrupulous employers and reached successful settlements.
