Organization Description

The students will manage recruitment, enrollment, and tracking lists and databases, create MS Excel spreadsheet databases and worksheets where necessary to collect, manage, and report on a program or feedback survey, and migrate data accurately from and to multiple sources, including Handshake, MS Excel, Qualtrics, and MS Teams. The students will also generate data lists and reports on IMPACT Fellows Program and intersecting internship services, such as the CCFWS Program, GAIN Scholarship, Economic Gardening Fellows Program, & Academic Internship Partners, generate data, visual, and qualitative reports on student pre-assessments, post-assessments for internship programs, and employer feedback surveys, and create MS PowerPoint slides of program outcomes for use in reports, grant proposals, and presentations using a variety of visual analytics techniques, such as tables, graphs, and info graphics.
Further, the students will communicate via email, virtual or in-person meeting with student and employer program participants and campus partners to obtain information or to verify data, provide instructions on data submission, or provide technical assistance. Other duties as needed to support programs.
