Polo Adamo is a born and raised Sacramentan.  He gradutated from ARC's Culinary School and worked for the prestigious Gary Danko's in San Francisco.  He is proud to return home and share his love of cooking.

 

Program Information

The internship duties will include the following: preparing and serving food and wine -customer service -ordering food, wine, beer, supplies -scheduling staff -organizing, marketing, and facilitating pasta classes, catering, and special events -book keeping- maintain daily and monthly records, balance sheets, payroll.
