Program Information

MSW students will be working with the social work team to complete initial assessments and routine visits for hospice patients where they live. Students will be expected to be in the field and in office to provide service, complete documentation per Medi-Care guidelines, and participate in routine meetings.

Students will be expected to work within the regular working hours of the social services team, M-F 8AM-5PM. Suncrest employees do not regularly have holidays off of work due to the nature of healthcare, but holiday schedules can be worked out with your supervisor if needed.
