Bilingual Case ManagerAt — Lifeline Community Services (formerly North County Lifeline)

Opportunity Summary 

The bilingual cases manager will be responsible for case management utilizing evidence-based practices, provide linkage to appropriate services, and provide wrap-around services. This is a B.A. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required role that will help our team support client self-sufficiency and financial literacy. The case manager will need to be strength-based, trauma-informed, and exhibit cultural competency.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

The bilingual case manager will be able to provide crisis management, lead group workshops, assist in planning leadership academies, and enhance trauma informed care skills to use with vulnerable populations.
