Lifeline Community Services (formerly North County Lifeline)
Lifeline Community Services’ mission is to build self-reliance among youth, individuals and families through problem solving, skill-building and accessible community-based services.
LCS is a health and human services agency who's mission is to build self-reliance among youth individuals and families though problem-solving skill building and accessible community-based services. The Volunteer Program exists at Lifeline Community Services to offer interested and qualified individuals the opportunity to be part of Lifeline Community Services' community services through placement in supporting volunteer roles that best utilize their skills and support the agency's services.
Please note: This internship may present additional risks due to being in an area with elevated crime statistics and/or working with individuals who may have a criminal background. Increased situation awareness should be exercised and extra care and precautions for personal safety should be taken. Ensure that you meet with your site supervisor to understand the increased risk in completing your internship at this site, as well as the appropriate measures you can take to mitigate and/or respond to these risks. Your orientation at the site should also include a general site safety orientation.

Varies usually business hours 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
After School Programs usually run 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Some Saturdays will be available.
