House of Helping Hands is a 501 (c)(3) organization assisting survivors of domestic abuse in Los Angeles, California. Domestic abuse comes in many forms and doesn't always include bruises and broken bones. Emotional, sexual, and psychological trauma inflicted by an intimate partner can feel just as violent. Low self-esteem is at the crux of keeping someone stuck in the cycle of abuse We assist and empower survivors so that they gain the tools and self-confidence to begin life on their own, free from the ties that pulled them down.

In STEPPS is a private agency that provides Naturalistic Developmental Behavior Intervention to children of all ages and adults until age 30 with intervention. The population In STEPPS serves typically have an autism spectrum diagnosis or a different developmental disability.

Our approach involves comprehensive assessments that analyze biomechanics, joint mobility, strength, and motor control and includes video and data analysis with the collaboration of VALD Performance Technologies. We also address factors such as nutrition, sleep, and mental resilience to optimize performance. Our aim is to support athletes and individuals in achieving their peak potential while maintaining long-term health and well-being.
