Jewish Family Service is a people-centered, impact-driven organization working to create a stronger, healthier community where everyone can thrive. Founded in 1918, today JFS is considered one of San Diego’s most impactful nonprofit human services agencies, providing compassionate care and supportive services to more than 70,000 people every year. Our diverse network of staff, volunteers, supporters, and community partners are committed to the pursuit of one shared goal: helping individuals and families in our community move forward.

The YMCA of San Diego County (YMCA) is a non-profit dedicated to improving the quality of human life and to helping all people realize their fullest potential as children of God through the development of the spirit, mind and body. It is the second largest YMCA association in the nation serving nearly 400,000 San Diego County residents and employing more than 5,000 people. Through a variety of programs and services focused on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, the Y unites men, women and children - regardless of age, income or background - to nurture the potential of children and teens, improve the nation’s health and well-being, and provide opportunities to give back and support neighbors. As the nation’s leading non-profit committed to strengthening community, the Y believes strong communities are possible only when we invest in our kids, our health and our neighbors. To bring about meaningful change, individuals need ongoing support, encouragement and connections to others — all of which the Y provides in abundance. We focus our work in three key areas because nurturing the potential of kids, helping people live healthier and supporting our neighbors are fundamental to strengthening communities. At the Y, kids learn their ABCs, learn to share, learn about sportsmanship, build leadership skills and most importantly, learn how to be themselves. That makes for confident kids today and contributing adults tomorrow. We bring together children, adults and families across San Diego like no other organization can, providing the support, guidance and resources needed to achieve greater health and well-being for their spirit, mind and body. Our Y staff, volunteers, and donors strengthen communities in countless ways. We work with our neighbors every day to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.

The Joli Ann Leichtag Elementary Youth Orchestra is under the umbrella of the PTA. The orchestra's mission is to provide high-quality, free musical instruction to all interested students. We seek to enrich the lives of students and their families by helping them discover and develop their musical talents and to build their self-esteem as part of a quality musical ensemble by fostering an inclusive, nurturing, and positive environment.

We share our extensive communication and marketing expertise to empower and encourage organizations to rethink communications in a fresh, dynamic and compelling way. Our goal is to ensure the engagement between governments and people is meaningful and productive, leading to greater trust and transformed communities.

The San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) serves the region's most vulnerable students, and supports school leaders, teachers, and students across the county. We support about 780 schools and nearly 500,000 students, including the children in our Juvenile Court and Community Schools.
SDCOE provides services for the 42 school districts, 131 charter schools, and five community college districts.
