B Project is a health and wellness clinic that specializes in physical therapy, personal training and nutrition counseling. We provide a one-on-one approach that individually tailors a plan of care to active individuals looking to improve their physical health. We work with athletes and active individuals suffering from acute or chronic pain, post-op procedures or strength training to improve their sport and decrease injury. We identify each client’s areas of dysfunction and develop a plan to transform them towards optimal physical health.
