CSUSM Mindful - Office of Inclusive Excellence [inactive]

We are the Mindful CSUSM Core Planning Group. We are funded by the Office of Inclusive Excellence. Our group includes faculty from all the colleges on campus. Our group also includes students, staff and administrators. The overall purpose of this group is to provide support to students, faculty, staff and administrators through contemplative practices that foster deep learning, reduced stress, increased capacity for compassionate listening and increased well-being. The goal of this group is to improve campus climate and provide tools for all members of the campus community to thrive and work together in harmony.
