Early Learners Children’s Academy is a locally owned and operated preschool and child care provider with two Preschool Locations in San Diego, one preschool in Mira Mesa and one preschool in Mission Valley.  Since 1997, ELCA Preschools has been offering high quality child care with experienced and credentialed staff, academically based curriculum, custom developed operating and safety procedures and on-going staff training to ensure the best possible care and wellness for your child.  We invite you to take a tour at one of our two Preschools in San Diego and to schedule a free half-day visit so you experience the quality of care we offer.
