Organization Description

COPE Health Solutions workforce development programs provide an experiential learning opportunity for pre-health individuals to be able to explore the health care setting in a hands-on environment. These unique program offerings allow individuals to assistance with basic care for patients alongside nurses, doctors, and other clinicians, preparing participants for a career in health care. Participants will have the opportunity to focus their skills in specialty areas such as the Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, Telemetry, off-site clinics, and administrative settings.

Health & Safety

Students select their own shifts, but may opt for a night shift that occurs between the hours of 6pm-12am.

Students select their own schedules and minimum is 1 4-hour shift per week. Shifts are available 7 days a week from 6:30-10:30am, 10:30am-2:30pm, 2:30-6:30pm, and 6:30-10:30pm.
