Aviara provides 24hr skilled nursing and rehab intervention in order to take care of patients who require skilled intervention of a license healthcare worker. We utilized Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy professionals in providing needed services to facilitate return to the patients prior level of function in order to have a life of significance.
