Organization Description
To provide excellent care to residents and patients. We provide post hospital care including Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy. We also provide IV antibiotic therapy.
Health & Safety
Additional requirements and/or considerations Elderly patients who may or may not have dementia, Alzheimer, mental illness, and physical limitation. In-service training will be provided via educational videos and demonstrations on how to handle specific patients.
Photography or videography not allowed due to HIPPA violations.
