Program Information Intern will be exposed to and work in different departments within the company to gain a broad understanding of a professional work enviorment and develop appropiate skill set needed for success in a typical agribusiness. Therefore, intern will participate in some or all of the following activities:
Quality Control: Monitoring the overall quality of the fruit being packed to the standard held by the USDA and Rivermaid Trading Company.
Marketing/Sales: This role allows the intern to monitor the pack plan allowing the student to engage with marketing and sales team on a regular basis.
Leadership & Management: Learning and helping shadowing company leadership and management in making critical decisons. This allows an intern to become familiar woth proper leadership and management skills in a typical agribusiness enviorment.
