This is a public school district in the Waterford area.

Here is the Mandated Reporter Training we use at Waterford Unified School District.  Your students can click on the link.  This certificate is good for one school year (2026-2027).  It must be renewed every school year.

For HR clearance the students will need to be fingerprinted for WUSD, a current TB Test clearance and a mandated reporter certificate. 

Additionally, prior to the student getting approved from HR and Site Principal(s).

1. The student will need to submit to the Site Principal a copy of the expectations and requirements from their CSUS Instructor (Syllabus).
2. They will need to have their CSUS Instructor send an email/letter explaining what criteria’s and supports their class/program is needing from Waterford Unified School District.  
3. Once that has been sent, the student will need to meet with the Site Principal in person to get their approval.
   
   1. Site Principals will then check to see if your program aligns to what the teachers are doing at their School Site and if any teachers are willing to help.
4. Do not contact any of the teachers at Waterford High School directly, this is not the protocol moving forward.
