Organization Description

Advantage Route Systems has a large variety of products that will help run a route delivery business. From handhelds, to desktop software, to one of the best route optimization products on the market, we are a one-stop source for everything. Support is not an after-thought at ARS, it comes first. With a thousand customers on five continents, we are always here to help you.

Program Information

• Log all incoming technical support emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in AutoTask software ensuring efficient support resolution within the timeframe required for a customer support plan.

• Create and maintain support tickets to facilitate the resolution to common technical issues.

• Assist customers with incoming support-related items

• Maintain communication with customers providing updates on open inquiries to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Create appointments as needed to support the tech support team.

• Assist with scheduling for after-hours support.

• Maintain and upkeep documents and AutoTask accounts to ensure accuracy.

• Other duties may be assigned.
