Additional requirements and/or considerations Students will need to complete the following items before they are cleared by Human Resources for our district. Anyone looking to be placed into our district, should start by filling out our Placement Request Form. Placing in this district also requires:
| 1 - Observer/Volunteer HR paperwork |
| 2 - copy of Driver's License & Social Security Card |
| 3 - TB clearance (paid for by the individual) |
| 4 - Fingerprint by DOJ and FBI (paid for by the individual) |
| 5 - Public School Works Mandatory Trainings |
Fingerprinting must be done at our Merced County Office of Education - the link for our specific fingerprint form is linked on the Placement Request Form once we push a placement secured back to the student.
TB clearance can be within one year if the clearance is from CSU Stanislaus, if it's from a physician's office or the public health department it needs to be within 60 days.
