Day Break Adult Day Health Care Center

Day Break is an adult day health care center licensed by the state of California to provide an organized day health care program of therapeutic, social and health services for the frail elderly, and other adults with physical or mental impairments. Day Break is also licensed by the State to provide Community-Based Adult Services. The primary objectives of this program are to: restore or maintain optimal capacity for self-care to frail elderly individuals or any adult with disabilities; and to delay or prevent inappropriate or personally undesirable institutionalization.
