Organization Description
HPEC's mission is to reduce the growing inmate population by working with underprivileged students who often come from foster homes and group homes. This is done through The Next Step...Principle-Based Lifestyle Training (PBLT)(ALL COPYRIGHTS RESERVED 1994-2021), which is a book created by the managing director, Gloria J. Morris. Throughout this book, there are lessons that can be applied to both school and personal life. The tuotrs are trained in the PBLT methods in order to aid the students.
