University of the Pacific - Community Re-Entry Program

Program Information

Manage a caseload of clients, develop and conduct the initial behavioral assessments, analyze assessment data, create interventions/treatment plan based on the data, implement the interventions/treatment plan with the clients and support staff, run/lead psychoeducational support groups at assigned locations, connect members to supports/resources in the community related to their goals, collaborate with treatment team as needed.

Employee background check, ongoing sanction checks for San Joaquin County Behavioral Health Services (BHS), negative TB test

  • Background Check (e.g. fingerprinting/livescan, driving record)
  • Computer Literacy
  • Driver's License
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Pre-Placement Training
  • TB Test
