Organization Description

Our mission is to Equip violence-impacted individuals (the Concrete) with life-sustaining tools that Empower and Educate them to Engage in self-healing, self-development, and self-advocacy.

Program Information

Case Management Referrals and tracking Documentation 1:1- Case planning and follow-up Attend meetings accordingly CDI Trainings Attend/Assist with community events to network Possibly assist with outreach

Health & Safety

Upon placement, all students will undergo Mandated Reporter and Harassment training, Narcan training, First Aid Mental Health for Adolescents, and Mindfulness Based Substance Use Training for Adolescents

  • Background Check (e.g. fingerprinting/livescan, driving record)
  • Computer Literacy
  • Driver's License
  • Must be 18 or older
