Program Information Pacific High Reach Racing runs a Top Alcohol Dragster (TAD) and Super Comp (S/C) team based out of Orange Country, California. We participate in the Lucas Oil Sportsman series which is a division of NHRA Championship Drag Racing. The TAD category is filled with rear engine dragsters that put out around 3,000 horsepower and run the quarter mile in or around the 5 second range averaging speeds of 270 miles per hour! The super comp category also contains racers with rear engine dragsters with motors producing about or around 1000 horsepower. Super Comp dragsters run the quarter mile in 8.90 seconds reaching speeds of 180 miles per hour!
